Team Lines increasingly encounters delayed operations at the port of Rotterdam.  As a consequence of rising volumes and a shortage of labour, Rotterdam terminals are currently congested during peak times.  Accordingly, the Team Lines services calling Rotterdam are partly facing operational bottlenecks.  

Please note that following vessels are concerned:

-          M/V El Toro (POL 3):                          around 2 days behind schedule

-          M/V A La Marine (FIN 1):                  around 1,5 days behind schedule

-          M/V Jana ( NOR 3):                            already back on schedule

As a consequence of rising volumes on the existing St. Petersburg traffic, Team Lines has decided to remove Tallinn from the current RUS 1 rotation by the end of July.  Please be informed that the departure days of the service remain unchanged.

The last Tallinn call is scheduled for 30. July 2010. As from August all Tallinn cargo will be routed via the Team Lines BAL 1 service. This means that we will not be able to offer a Rotterdam – Tallinn connection anymore. However, this revised service structure will provide more capacity to and from St. Petersburg. Hence, the straightened schedule setup will help to better serve your transit connections in the hub ports.

In order to better satisfy your needs, Team Lines will enhance its service setup to/from Helsinki and Kotka as from mid July.

The new schedule enables Team Lines to offer a:

•  shorter transit time to and from Helsinki/Kotka
• separate discharge and load call in Helsinki/Kotka
• second departure to Riga from Hamburg
• better connectivity to the majority of your ocean vessels arriving at  Hamburg over the weekend 

 We are confident that this new line-up will meet your demands by supplying a fast and reliable feeder service to/from Helsinki and Kotka into/out of Rotterdam/Hamburg.

Please be informed that the Norwegian transport workers’ union NTF has announced a ban on vessels coming from Israel as well as goods and merchandises which have been manufactured in Israel. The ban will be enforced 

as from 23. June 2010 (00:00) till 25. June 2010 (24:00). 

As a consequence, containers filled with cargoes from Israel will not be accepted at Norwegian ports within this period. Following departures will be affected:

NOR 2 service: M/V Hanni (ETA KRS 24/06 – ETA OSL 25/06)

NOR 3 service: M/V Wega (ETA OSL 24/06 – ETA OSS 24/06 – ETA KRS 25/06)

As a matter of fact, we will have to monitor our bookings and are forced to roll cargoes originated from Israel to the next departures accordingly.

We are pleased to announce the revised setup of our NOR 3 and SPA 1 services. 

The combination of the NOR 3 and SPA 1 loop within a butterfly-setup enables Team Lines to offer a direct connection between Sweden / Norway and Spain. In addition, the NOR 3 loop is now  also linked to the hub port of Antwerp. Besides the convenient connection from Scandinavia to/ from the Iberian Peninsula the combination of the shorter Norway leg and the longer Spain leg will contribute to secure the stability of schedules.

Due to the upcoming midsummer holidays all Swedish and Finnish ports/terminals will be closed for the 25./26. June 2010. This implies that Team Lines will have to adjust its operational schedule likewise.

Please be kindly informed, that M/V Pantonio suffered a cell guide damage during operations in Hamburg this morning. Accordingly, the vessel was only able to leave Hamburg with delay so that we are forced to adjust the schedule as follows to bring her back on schedule: 

Please note that in order to re-establish the master rotation, we will have to cancel the Bremerhaven call (14/06) as well as the Gothenburg call (18/06).  

All containers from Rauma and Gävle destined to Bremerhaven are transshipped in Hamburg and will be available at Bremerhaven ETA 19/06.  

Furthermore, we will offer an alternative Gothenburg weekend call with M/V Hanni with ETS GOT 19/06.
